Internal investigation service
When the activities of the primary Sanasa socities are investigated properly, drawbacks can be corrected and as a result high efficiency can be achieved. Therefore, we support in giving the assistance for investigations of societies. One or Several aspects can be investigated under the recommendation of an investigating council.
Internal audit service
According to the cooperative law, all the Sanasa societies should implement the constitutional audit within 3 months when an year ends. We assist to complete the accounting book set under affordable rates for those Sanasa socities that could not complete the audit process on time. We have the ability to complete accounting book set under the criteria of cooperative department. The process in mentioned below.
We will check the following procedures when handling internal audit of primary Sanasa socities.
- Checking earning, cash books along with receipts
- Checking payments, cash books along with payment vouchers,
- Checking if the analytical cash reports are made and make them if they are not ready.
- Checking if the analytical journal reports are made and make them if they are not ready.
- Preparing balance sheet and cash statement
- Preparing and balancing sub directory
- Preparing sub directory by proofreading if the sub directory does not balance.
- Checking the inventory.
- Providing the necessary support for the constitutional audit.
